Returns & refunds

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us at support@highbix.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund.

For other returns, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Because handmade products vary slightly from piece to piece, small differences in colour, texture or size are not considered defects.
